  ZJ HM type pneumatic sleeve regulating valve is a kind of small, light, high performance and large capacity, which is a new generation of universal regulating valve products that meets the IEC standard. It is applicable to the production process system of general fluid medium and process conditions. ZJ HM pneumatic sleeve regulating valve structure is composed of electric actuator, pneumatic actuator and valve body two parts together. Straight travel mainly has through single-seat type and straight-through double-seat type two kinds ,the latter has the characteristics of large circulation capacity, small imbalance and stable operation, so it is usually suitable for the occasion of large discharge, high pressure drop and leakage less occasions. Angle travel mainly includes: V type electric regulating ball valve, pneumatic membrane cut-off valve, eccentric butterfly valve, etc. ZJ HM pneumatic sleeve control valve type: according to application and function, main parameter, pressure, medium working temperature, special purpose (i. e. special, special valve) The most commonly used classification is divided into 9 categories according to the structure of the control valve, 6 for straight travel and 3 for angular travel.

  The product consists of a new pneumatic multi-spring film actuator and low flow resistance sleeve valve. The characteristics are as follows:

  1、Adopt the balance core , the unbalance force is small, the pressure difference is allowed to be large, and the operation is stable.

  2、The valve core guide surface is large, which can improve the oscillation caused by eddy current and impact and reduce damage.

  3、The noise is reduced by about 10 bd than the normal single double seat regulating valve.
