Supported by the Ministry of Energy of Uzbekistan, OGU is a unique and influential forum in the oil and gas industry, providing a platform for Uzbek fuel and energy experts and their international partners to establish direct connections. Since its inception in 1996, OGU, the country’s only oil and gas exhibition, has grown into a major annual event for the Central Asian oil and gas sector.

Among the exhibitors, the competitive landscape was clearly defined. Notably, Chinese companies delivered an outstanding performance, with more than 170 Chinese enterprises occupying over half of the 315 booths, fully demonstrating China’s strong competitiveness in oil and gas equipment manufacturing.

During the exhibition, the quality of visitors exceeded expectations. Local EPC contractors, end users, agents, and traders such as EE, LUKOIL, SANEG, and ENERGAS visited our booth for inquiries. These clients not only had clear demands but also strong project execution capabilities. Meanwhile, many long-term Uzbek clients took the opportunity to visit and further strengthen cooperation. In addition, leading domestic industry players such as Sinopec Synthetic Fuel, CPECC, and CPP (CNPC Pipeline Bureau, Langfang) also visited our booth, laying the groundwork for future collaboration.

We also conducted a dedicated visit to ENTER Engineering Company and held in-depth discussions with their MTO project team and procurement department. During the exchange, they showed strong interest in the application, installation, and connection methods of double wedge gate valves in China, and explored in detail the differences in valve requirements between SMTO and UOP processes. They also made inquiries about safety valves, boiler blowdown valves, and flame arresters. Taking this opportunity, we briefly introduced additional products such as fired heaters and incinerators, further expanding potential cooperation areas.

Reviewing the three-day exhibition, its influence extended beyond Uzbekistan, attracting companies from Russia and other Central Asian countries, highlighting its strong regional impact.

This exhibition not only built a bridge between potential customers and the company, but also provided an excellent opportunity to strengthen relationships with existing clients. Moving forward, we will continue to leverage international exhibitions, stay closely aligned with industry trends, and further deepen our presence in the Central Asian market, delivering higher-quality products and services while securing more opportunities on the global stage.
